2. Enquiries and quotes

Submitting the contact form or requesting a quote does not create a binding contract between you and Keyper Property Management. A service agreement only comes into effect once we've discussed your property's specific needs and both parties have agreed to a written care plan and pricing.

3. Service plans

The "Basic", "Complete" and "Premium" plans described on this Site are illustrative starting points. Actual scope, pricing and terms for any engagement are confirmed directly with you before work begins and may vary based on your property and requirements.

4. Intellectual property

The text, images, logo and design of this Site belong to Keyper Property Management unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce or reuse them without our written permission.

5. Limitation of liability

While we take care to keep this Site accurate, Keyper Property Management is not liable for any loss arising from reliance on information published here. Our liability in connection with any property management services we actually provide is governed separately by the signed service agreement for that engagement, not by this Site.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cyprus.
