We use the information you submit solely to respond to your enquiry and, if you become a client, to provide our property management services to you. We do not use your data for marketing you haven't asked for, and we do not share it with third parties except the form-processing service described below and any tradespeople or contractors directly involved in delivering a service you've requested.
4. Third-party processors
Contact form submissions are transmitted via FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), a third-party form-processing service, which forwards your message to our inbox by email. No other third-party services process personal data submitted through this Site.
5. How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and client data only for as long as needed to respond to your enquiry or, if you become a client, for the duration of our engagement plus any period required by Cypriot tax and accounting law.
