2. What we collect

When you submit the contact form on this Site, we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, phone number, property location and the message you write. We do not sell or rent your data to anyone.

This Site does not use cookies. We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand how many people visit the Site and which pages they read. It is a privacy-focused, cookieless analytics service: it does not store cookies or similar identifiers on your device, does not track you across other websites, and does not build an advertising profile of you. It records aggregate page-view data together with technical information your browser sends as part of any normal web request (such as approximate location derived from your IP address, browser type and referring page), which is anonymised and cannot be used by us to identify you individually.

3. How we use it

We use the information you submit solely to respond to your enquiry and, if you become a client, to provide our property management services to you. We do not use your data for marketing you haven't asked for, and we do not share it with third parties except the form-processing service described below and any tradespeople or contractors directly involved in delivering a service you've requested.

4. Third-party processors

Contact form submissions are transmitted via FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), a third-party form-processing service, which forwards your message to our inbox by email.

This Site is hosted by Vercel Inc., which also provides the Web Analytics described above. As our hosting provider, Vercel processes the technical request data necessary to serve the Site to you. No other third-party services process personal data through this Site.

5. How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and client data only for as long as needed to respond to your enquiry or, if you become a client, for the duration of our engagement plus any period required by Cypriot tax and accounting law.

6. Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data, and to object to or restrict its processing. To exercise any of these rights, email us at contact@keypermanagement.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Cyprus Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection.
