We use the information you submit solely to respond to your enquiry and, if you become a client, to provide our property management services to you. Contact form submissions are transmitted via FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), a third-party form-processing service, which forwards your message to our inbox by email. No other third-party services process personal data submitted through this Site.

5. How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and client data only for as long as needed to respond to your enquiry or, if you become a client, for the duration of our engagement plus any period required by Cypriot tax and accounting law.
